Documents Requirement:
Following documents are required to apply for possession in Bahria Town Karachi at possession counter:
- Request for Possession filled and signed by allottee
- Copy of CNIC/NICOP
- Provisional Allotment Letter (if available)
- Recent Passport Size Photographs (x2)
- Original Booking Form / Transfer Letter
- Original Installment Deposit Slips (all paid installments by allottee)
- Original Utility Possession and Category charges slips (Utility, Possession and category charges will be paid in respective separate challan form to take from Bahria)
- Optional: Authority letter of minimum Rs.100 Stamp paper if the allottee himself cannot visit the office
(Note: Photograph and ID card copy of authority holder must also be provided)

Category Charges:
Bahria town Karachi charges 10% of total amount as category charges for each category.
Extra Land & Extra Space Charges:
Following are the rates charged per square yard and per square foot for extra land and extra space by Bahria Town:
- For Residential Plots Rs. 10,000 Per Sq Yards
- For Commercial Plots Rs. 25,000 Per Sq Yards
- For Bahria Apartment Rs. 2,500 Per Sq Ft
- For Bahria Heights Rs. 5,500 Per Sq Ft

Utility Charges are paid for the following utilities:
- Electric 3 Phase Connection / Meter charges
- Telephone Connection
- Water and Sewerage Connection
- Gas Connection
